Within Without

Like a pendulum, the mind sways between the past and present. Slowly, its motion ceases as the momentum fades. Yet, as it approaches rest, it finds another thought to cling to, fueling the pendulum’s swing and prolonging its energy.

We are always on a constant exploration of outside; a constant validation of the past; a training that has happened and happening for many lives.

How can we slow the mind’s momentum? The only way is to go within and go without.

Go Within, Without Thoughts

Observe a countdown timer. As it counts down the seconds, focus on the gap between them—a fleeting, imperceptible pause. This gap is so swift that it demands your full attention to notice it. The more you observe, the attention itself begins to dissolve, leading you toward the concept of "without."

This maiden attempt—a glimpse into the state of having no thought—unveils what is.

Go within and Go without.
